No, we recommend that you select the same shoe size than you generally wear. Our shoes are produced slightly bigger than the standard size range, however, you can insert an extra insoles in case the shoes are a little bit too large. As a small note, it is our experience that return customers generally select the same shoe size again, so you shouldn't worry too much about ordering the wrong shoe size. And if the shoes don't fit, you still have the right to return them and have them exchanged for free!
